Sylvia Apostolidis

Sylvia Apostolidis is the President & Chief Consultant at the Jasmar Group, a full-service Diversity + Inclusion Consultancy. She is a respected expert on diversity, inclusion, and women’s leadership. Since 2005, she has been working with FP500 companies across Canada to build diverse and inclusive workplaces, the majority as an advisor and consultant with Catalyst. Apostolidis launched The Jasmar Group in response to organizations frustrated with the glacial rate of change. As a thought leader and innovator, her company offers a new, human-centred, behavioural-based approach to help companies make faster progress towards inclusion. She holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a Master of Science (Sociology) from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
