Biography

Beth Jordan is the Founder and Principal of Adobe Consulting Services. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Jordan is a sought-after management consultant, facilitator and speaker, who is recognized for her ability to effectively lead organizations, and large groups to an understanding and achievement of their common goals. She has consulted extensively to municipal, provincial, and federal levels of government and NGO’s on the issue of violence against women, HIV/AIDS, social justice policy, and the integration of anti-racist and anti-oppression frameworks. Jordan has led large-scale organizational change processes; provided impactful strategic and operational planning; delivered game-changing strategic rebranding and communication strategies; supported the navigation of catastrophic funding loss, critical incidents and organizational sea change; provided transitional leadership; conducted executive search services; and provided strategic guidance, development, and ongoing support to non-profit Boards of Directors. She is the recipient of the 2005 Women of Distinction Award for Social Justice and the 2006 Premiers Award. Jordan is a member in good standing of the Association for Strategic Planning.
