Women today are blessed with choice. Women in the Western world get to choose whether they want a career, to have kids, or both. It seems to be a rule of law however, that whatever choice a woman makes today someone is ready to point out that her choice is the wrong one.
Biography
Corina Walsh is the CEO and owner of Shift People Development Inc. As a certified coach, consultant and speaker, she helps businesses of all sizes build high-performing, engaging workplace cultures. Walsh is a published author and her book, The Engaged Employee Blueprint, is used by companies that want to understand how to engage employees and build a thriving workplace culture. She is a 2018 YWCA Woman of Distinction in Business and a 2015 Top 50 Leader Under 40. Prior to starting her business, she had a successful career working in both the private and public sector. She has held seats on several boards and was often the youngest professional to hold a seat on those boards. Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Lifelong Learning where she received the Senate Award of Distinction.
