With over 20 years of experience working in both the public and private sector, she has been instrumental in assisting international companies and economic development organizations succeed in-market.

Arsenault is a certified international trade & senior business consultant, and an accomplished FDI executive who has traveled globally (with a focus on Europe, South Korea, India, UAE, The Caribbean Region, Japan, South Africa, UK & The USA) assisting startups, SMEs and multi-nationals set-up international operations. She is a specialist in hosting global Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) investment missions to North America, securing C-level meetings, offering B to B & corporate matchmaking services, facilitating roundtables/information seminars with multipliers and potential corporate investors. She acts as a liaison between government, industry, and academia including: foreign delegation &, diplomatic hosting. Arsenault is also an FDI advisor & Board member with The American Chamber of Commerce in Canada (Atl. Chp.), and a member of The Council of American States in Canada (CASC).
