Biography

Judy Paradi is an entrepreneur, writer, speaker, adventurer, mentor, cancer survivor, marathon runner and grandmother – who has always been passionate about supporting women’s issues.

As owner of a successful marketing company for 25 years, Paradi had the opportunity to work with a variety of blue chip clients where she saw the huge disparity between how women thought and perceived the world and how they were being marketed to - especially by the financial community. It was a paradigm that she decided had to change!

Today under the StrategyMarketing.ca banner, Paradi along with partner Paulette Filion, devotes her energies specifically to helping the Financial Community bridge the gap between women and the services they deliver.

To this end, they offer courses, workshops and keynotes aimed at the financial community and male financial advisors wishing to grow their practice through a better understanding of women.

Together Paradi and Filion have developed several online courses, published three seminal white papers on the subject and blog on a regular basis.

In addition to key note speaking, writing and consulting, Paradi lectures at the University of Toronto on entrepreneurship, with a special focus on targeted marketing.
