Biography

Jessica Davis currently offers consulting services to police, government agencies, financial institutions, private companies, and international organizations. Davis is a former intelligence analyst with deep knowledge of terrorist and illicit financing, women in terrorism, indicators of terrorist violence and intelligence analysis. She spent 17 years in the government of Canada, most recently with CSIS. She has degrees from the Royal Military College of Canada in political science & economics and War Studies, and is the author of “Women in Modern Terrorism: From Liberation Wars to Global Jihad and the Islamic State”.
