Biography
Janice Sousa is an experienced, results-driven sales and operations leader with over 15 years experience. She has a specialization in the travel, tourism and education sectors. She has held various senior positions over her career most notably with the social enterprise We, with responsibility for the initial development of Me to We Tours over a decade ago, more recently as Director of Canadian Sales for EF and currently the Vice President, Business Development for Merit Travel Group. In addition to advising a number of start-ups and social impact groups in Canada and the US, Sousa is proud to be an active member of her local community helping to support newcomer programs and Dress for Success. She holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Business, at University of Toronto.
