Biography

Patricia Baldwin is one of four Canadians who have received a Certificate of Completion in Forest Medicine from the International Society of Nature and Forest Medicine in Japan. Of this group, she is the only one who has also studied this topic at a university level through a directed-studies course at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Forestry. Baldwin graduated in Forestry in 1979 but worked in the healthcare field for over thirty years. She volunteers at a woman's shelter and a farm for persons with exceptionalities to encourage more exposure to nature. She is also a board member of her local nature club.
