Biography

Lisa Jørgensen is an experienced criminal defence lawyer in Toronto. She represents people charged with criminal offences from minor thefts to murder. She is on the Board of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, Director of the CLA’s Recent Call Committee, and a Member-at-Large of the Advocates’ Society Criminal Practice Group. Jørgensen regularly assists people of limited means to appeal their convictions on a pro bono basis. Prior to joining Cooper Jørgensen, Lisa worked for a prominent Bay Street law firm and clerked for the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
