Biography

Pam Schmidt launched her consulting company in 2010. Since then, she has worked with leaders in tech, finance, healthcare, and not-for-profits. She creates customized, facilitated sessions to help leaders create cultures where employees are engaged in their work and feel connected to the purpose of the company. She earned a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioural Science in 2007 from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, and has continued to grow personally and professionally through additional training and certification programs.
