Ashlee Langlois

Ashlee Langlois is the Senior Workforce Planning Manager at Farm Credit Canada where she is responsible for policy, workforce planning and diversity and inclusion. Prior to working at Farm Credit Canada, she worked for a global human resources consulting firm in the employee engagement space for nearly 10 years. She holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of Regina and is currently working on her Masters of Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. She is an advocate for women's causes, serving as Run Director for the CIBC Run for the Cure in 2016 and 2017 and as a board member of the Regina YWCA. Langlois has mentored young professionals through CPHR Saskatchewan and at-risk young adults at Ignite Adult Learning Corporation.
