Biography

Dr. Helen Baulch is an associate professor at the School of Environment and Sustainability at the University of Saskatchewan. She is an aquatic ecosystem biogeochemist with a research focus at the interface between field research and modelling. Her research interests include water quality, aquatic ecology, global change, biogeochemical cycles, greenhouse gas emissions, and eutrophication. The overall goal of her research program is to determine how to maintain crucial freshwater ecosystem services in the face of climate change and nutrient pollution.
