Biography

Robyn Blackadar has over 35 years of experience in Alberta’s social and health system, focusing on evidence-informed policy development and analysis. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Calgary, an MBA from the University of Alberta, and has held leadership positions in government and community. She is the former President and CEO of PolicyWise for Children & Families, a nonprofit and charitable organization known for its collaborative cross-sector approach between government, academia, and the community to generate and mobilize evidence for child, youth, and family well-being.

After retirement from her leadership positions, Robyn now teaches courses at the University of Alberta, school of business in the Strategic, Entrepreneurship and Management department.
