Biography
Dr. Lorian Hardcastle is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary, with a joint appointment to the Department of Community Health Sciences in the Cumming School of Medicine. She is also a member of the O’Brien Institute for Public Health and the Conjoint Health Research Ethics Board at the University of Calgary. Hardcastle obtained her J.D. with Health Law and Policy Specialization Certificate from Dalhousie University, and her LL.M. and S.J.D. from the University of Toronto. She also completed a fellowship at the O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center.
