Karrie Lynn Dymond is the Founder of Keep Your Hands 2 Yourself. She is the kind of person whose personal resilience and ability to overcome obstacles is an inspiration to others. A single mom who worked hard to be able to buy her first house on her twenty-fifth birthday, she then turned her attention to music. A talented vocalist/guitarist who has toured extensively and played with some of the biggest names in country music,
Dymond experienced the tragedy of her life when her son passed away from a brain aneurysm at age 13. She spiralled into a cycle of depression, suicidal thoughts and abusive relationships, until she found her way back to herself again. Now, she is a successful businesswoman, recording artist, and the founder of Keep Your Hands 2 Yourself, a community-based organization that offers advice and support to people who need help to escape abusive relationships.
