Biography

Dr. Jillian Reardon is in active clinical practice seeing patients by appointment at the UBC Pharmacists Clinic. She began her pharmacy career in the Maritimes, completing her undergraduate pharmacy degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2010 followed by her hospital residency with Horizon Health Network in Saint John, New Brunswick in 2011. She practiced clinically in inpatient cardiology at the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax before relocating to Vancouver to pursue her graduate PharmD degree at UBC, which she completed in 2015. Reardon supports pharmacy learners of all levels in their own professional development and primary care pharmacy practice innovation.
