Biography
Clara Kayser-Bril is the Global Lead for Sustainable Energy at CPCS, an Ottawa-based management consulting firm that specializes in infrastructure for developing economies. She works with communities, governments, and international donors to design renewable energy and electrification strategies, programmes and projects. Since 2002 she has worked in more than twenty countries in Africa, Europe, and Asia. Kayser-Bril holds an MSc in engineering from Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (France) and a BSc in computer science from Bauman Institute (Russia).
