Employment and Human Resources Management in the Knowledge Economy will be the subject of a Business Book Club panel at TRUMontréal. As a prelude to the discussions, here is an interview with the author who introduces us to her book herself and tells us a little about her. Who is Diane-Gabrielle Tremblay? Diane-Gabrielle Tremblay, professor at the Teluq School of Administrative Sciences, is director of the University-Community Research Alliance on Age and Social Time Management (ARUC-GATS).

Holder of the Canada Research Chair in Socio-Organizational Issues in the Knowledge Economy, she specializes in life-long work-family balance issues, the job-retirement balance and the end of a career. In 2015, she published at the Presses de l ' University of Quebec in 2015, a complete book on the subject: Employment and Human Resources Management in The Knowledge Economy. This book covers a series of topics that allow us to better understand the challenges of employment in the knowledge economy but focuses our attention on practices that support the health, well-being and motivation of employees. The book contains a lot of advice and a lot of information that can be useful to managers who want to keep pace with the knowledge economy.
