Nancy Wilson, Founder & CEO of the Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce & President, Novus Accounting Nancy Wilson is the founder and CEO of the Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CanWCC), a national, not-for-profit organization that advocates for the economic priorities of Canadian businesses owned and led by woman-identified and non-binary individuals. Now in its second year, CanWCC is the voice of women business owners and entrepreneurs in Canada. As CEO, Wilson is responsible for achieving CanWCC’s strategic goals with respect to advocacy, networking, and advancement. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), with over a decade of accounting and finance experience in the private sector working with start-ups, small businesses, and multi-national corporations. In 2016, Wilson started Novus Accounting, an accounting and advisory firm specializing in the unique needs and challenges of women business owners and entrepreneurs.
