Biography
Mimi Lam is the CEO and Co-Founder of Superette, an emerging retailer focused on creating a different cannabis retail experience that is comfortable, simple, and fun. The first Superette-branded cannabis retail store opened in Ottawa on April 1, 2019. Prior to Superette, Lam was the Head of Corporate Development at Hiku Brands Company (acquired by Canopy Growth) and spearheaded initiatives for obtaining cannabis retail licenses under the Tokyo Smoke banner in private markets across Canada. Additionally, she oversaw and led transformational transactions including Hiku’s sale to Canopy and Tokyo Smoke's merger with DOJA, as well as multiple strategic growth initiatives for Hiku and Tokyo Smoke.
