Biography
Arupa Tesolin is a management consultant in innovation performance, advising organizations on how to expedite talent and capability development.
She is the founder of Intuita which began in 1996 with the introduction of a self-directed coaching product called Intuita MindWare and a training workshop.
She focuses on the front end of innovation, helping teams develop a whole innovation mind-set that includes where intuition, empathy & implicit cognition meet novel creativity. This focus on implicit of innovation and developing the inner skills that make it work is what makes my work unique in the innovation field. Tesolin's goal is to better illuminate the path from idea genesis to creation and the personal transformation needed to better connect our relationship with mind, heart and matter and the implicit authority of our authenticity. She gets to learn on a direct personal level what drives the path from insight, ideas, and imagination, to an innovation reality.
