Biography

As an immigrant to the country, Rehana Rajwani worked tirelessly to earn her first Director position at the age of 26. At 29, she's working in the Agile Transformation team at the Bank of Montreal, helping leaders and teams change their approach to digital and workplace transformation. Her work includes leading several small and large (multi-million dollar) digital transformation projects ranging from health to the financial investment sector. She spoke about Growth Mindset at the Toronto Agile. Since then, Rajwani has spoken at the University of Waterloo and other local gatherings on Agility and Mindset. She is also helps women form social bonds outside of work. Rajwani is the Captain for the HQ United Women's Cricket team in North York Ontario, which has won two consecutive silver medals in the Ontario wide Premier Cup women's cricket championship.
