Biography

Meghan Harris-Ngae is an Associate Partner that leads the EY Climate Change and Sustainability practice for Western Canada. She brings over 17 years of combined international and local experience in climate change, EHS, Environment, Social and Government (ESG), and international government relations. Harris-Ngae provides ESG, geo-political issue advisory, risk and assurance services, to multinational clients around the world in energy, mining, agriculture, transportation and consumer products. She has expertise working in Europe and North America with multinational organizations to develop strategies for building long-term value for stakeholders and society. She spends her time working with boards, executive leadership teams, and operational leadership teams to strategically address climate change and other ESG matters that have a significant impact on cost-savings, access and retention of capital, and long-term performance.
