Biography

Jonquille Pak is a Toronto labour and employment lawyer with over twelve years of expertise. She has successfully worked with thousands of clients in connection with labour and employment law disputes. Her years exclusively representing employers gives her an edge in planning a winning strategy for her employee clients. Prior to co-founding Pak Smith Employment Lawyers, she worked at two of Canada’s top labour and employment law firms. She has represented unionized and non-unionized clients in a wide variety of sectors, including manufacturing, education, mining, business services, health care, telecommunications and media; from small start ups to large blue chip companies.
