Biography
Michèle Chappaz is the Executive Director of the Movement to end homelessness in Montreal. She works to track data on homelessness and participates in the local point-in-time counts. She previously worked in different non-profit organizations as an advocate for vulnerable groups. She has a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from McGill University.
