Kim Hyshka

Kim Hyshka's mission is to chart a different course for public conversations, better conversations that open possibility, cultivate collaboration, and spark change through dialogue. With over 10 years working in the field of engagement, she has designed and facilitated conversations and created engaging experiences where participants feel valued, relationships are built, and initiatives and projects move forward. Hyshka can be found in the midst of both large and small-scale projects, facilitating community forums in large urban centres or walking pipelines with Elders in the remote wilderness. Over the last number of years, she has worked with clients to provide advice and strategy development for high-stakes and emotionally-charged conversation and situations. She has worked with public organizations, governments, and private companies across Canada and internationally. She has also worked with clients in multiple sectors including energy, healthcare, education, land use planning among others.
