Biography

Dr. Natalya Brown is an Associate Professor in the School of Business and the Department of Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics at Nipissing University where she teaches courses in macroeconomics, money and banking, international trade and finance, and economic development. Her current research interests are in immigrant integration, management education, sustainable tourism, financial literacy, and political economy. She is an active member of the North Bay community, volunteering her time as Board Chair of Nipissing Transition House, a local women's shelter, and at various community organizations such as the North Bay and District Multicultural Centre, a local settlement agency.
