Biography

Dr. Nicole De Silva is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science, Concordia University. She holds a DPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on international organizations and international law, with a specialization in human rights and international criminal justice. She also studies Canada's human rights protections through domestic and international laws and institutions, such as human rights commissions and tribunals.
