Biography

Sara Rotenberg is a Research Fellow in the International Centre for Evidence in Disability (ICED), working on the PENDA programme to generate evidence on disability inclusion in development and public health. Her research focuses on improving health systems for people with disabilities, drawing on her own experiences with disability. Previously, Rotenberg worked on disability-inclusion, equitable access to vaccinations, and health policy for organizations including the World Bank, WHO, Health Canada, CEPI, and The Missing Billion Initiative. She graduated with a B.S. in Global Health from Georgetown University and recently completed her DPhil in Primary Health Care at the University of Oxford, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
