Biography

Danielle Cheng is an Associate Partner at Kyndryl and a Board Director servicing SheLeadstech. She has spent nearly a decade working with executives to develop technology strategies to support their businesses. In recent years, Cheng has become specialized in Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity with a special focus on securing connected medical devices (MRI's, infusion pumps), Smart Cities programs and industrial applications like electric grids. Her passion in these areas stems from the fact that for the first time in human history, a threat actor can cause real life damage with catastrophic impact through exploiting a vulnerable connection. She is serving a multi-year Board term with Sheleadstech with an aim to increase the representation of women in technology-related professions.
