Faces of ISACA: Kimberley St. Pierre
Biography
Kimberley St. Pierre has worked in IT for over 20 years, including roles with two Canadian technology giants, TELUS and Bell. She also has experience working for two of the world’s largest cybersecurity vendors, California’s Palo Alto Networks and Israel’s Check Point Software Technologies. Her current role is Director of Strategic Accounts with Washington-based Tanium. St. Pierre decided to specialize in cybersecurity five years ago, as the World Economic Forum ranks cybersecurity 4th on the “Global Risks Horizon”, described as a “clear and present danger”, to make a meaningful contribution in the industry. St. Pierre has held a number of board director roles for not-for-profit organizations over the last 15 years, including her role as the former Vice President of ISACA Vancouver. She is currently a member of the Government of B.C.’s Provincial Security Advisory Council, ISACA International’s “One In Tech Foundation” global SheLeadsTech Leadership Council, and the Vancouver International Privacy & Security Summit advisory board. St. Pierre is a fierce advocate and champion for empowering, elevating and encouraging women in the field of cybersecurity. She is driven to help close the massive global cybersecurity skills gap including supporting gender diversity in this very male-dominated field.
