Omolajipe Sanwoolu

Omolajipe Sanwoolu is a Human Resource Management Professional and Canadian immigration expert with 10 years of experience across roles. She works to ensure process optimization, especially within the immigration, people, and talent management space. Her exposure across roles has helped her develop extensive insight into the dynamics of consultancy, human capital management, operations, and organizational development. Sanwoolu holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Diploma in Human Resource Management both from McMaster University, Canada. She holds a second Diploma in Immigration Consulting from Ashton College, Canada as well as an MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Fredericton, Canada. In addition to her academic qualifications, she is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), as certified by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. Her training and experience afford her a well-developed skillset across immigration advisory and employee relations. She is a subject matter expert for all immigration issues and has successfully increased student engagement and advocated for policy changes in favour of international students in her role.
