Biography
Marion de Castelbajac is a privacy consultant. She works with companies to develop, implement, and monitor privacy programs that comply with global regulatory requirements. Prior to moving to Canada, de Castelbajac worked as an investigator for the French data protection authority, the CNIL. She investigated companies and institutions for noncompliance with GDPR and made recommendations for next steps such as enforcement, CNIL support, or closure of the investigation.
She previously worked as an employment lawyer for a global law firm, Latham & Watkins.
