Biography

Gayathri Shukla is the Founder of Campfire Kinship, a social enterprise on a mission to unlock the power of empathy through story-based solutions. She is certified in an innovative method of storytelling called guided autobiography. As a coach and facilitator of this method, she empowers individuals to discover their authentic voice, while creating spaces of belonging with their teams. Shukla's expertise in human-centered design also extends into her professional experiences leading digital transformation programs in mining. She is a professional engineer with over 17 years of technical and leadership experience in the energy sector. Shukla holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of Calgary, and an Executive MBA from Queen’s University. She is also a Board Director at Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association.
