Biography
Kelly Caldwell is a neurodivergent entrepreneur. She holds a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Guelph and has built a diverse career in Professional Services spanning three decades.
Her portfolio of work includes years spent in Recruiting and Human Resources, Real Estate Services, and more than 20 years in communications, branding, and media roles.
She is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and works as a Coach and Consultant for Toronto-based Southren Group, Inc. Having trained extensively with the NeuroLeadership Institute, she brings a neuroscience-based approach to her work. Kelly’s coaching practice is trauma-informed and she specializes in building individualized programs for neurodiverse clients.
A Guelph native, Kelly is the parent of a daughter with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD.) She draws on both her personal and professional experiences in her work as a passionate advocate for neurodiversity.
Kelly frequently writes and consults on workplace strategies for neurodivergent individuals and is deeply committed to helping organizations create inclusive environments.
