Biography

Pamela Miranda is Founding Partner at MIII MSP Corp (MIII MSP), a buyout firm focused on partnering with founders of IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in North America. She currently serves as operator and CEO of Triella Corp, a private cloud MSP based in Toronto servicing law and professional service clients across Canada, and portfolio company of MIII MSP. Miranda has over 18 years of professional services experience and significant executive leadership accomplishments in investing, mergers and acquisitions, banking, operations, finance and accounting. She began her banking career at Scotia Capital. In the community, Miranda is a mentor to women led businesses with Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, and a member of the Association of Corporate Growth and serves as a board member of the ACG Quebec chapter that she co-launched in 2020. She has served on several non-for-profit boards in her career and is currently completing the Innovation Governance Program to assist the technology ecosystem in Canada. Miranda was a recipient of the global MSP 501 award and a Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I 101) honouree in 2022 by Channel Futures. She received a BBA (honours) from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a CPA CA charterholder.
