Biography

Joanne Zuk is a strategist and coach who works with organizations and entrepreneurs that are committed to strengthening community, advancing equality, and building a more inclusive future. She has extensive experience in the areas of strategic planning, organizational culture change, women's leadership, and negotiation. She is the creator of the Fearless Negotiation series of courses for women and the author of over 50 articles about negotiation and strategy. Zuk spent more than 16 years as a senior and executive leader in the Manitoba public service and five as an instructor at Red River College Polytechnic and The University of Winnipeg. She has experience with multiple innovation methodologies, including Lean, Human Centred Design, and Innovation Engineering. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Bachelor of Science (Biology), Masters in Public Administration/Business Administration, and Executive Leadership Certificate.
