Biography

Catalina Rodriguez has been practicing employment and labour law in B.C. since 2006. Her experience includes private practice with a large national firm representing companies, and with a boutique firm representing mostly employees. She has also been in-house counsel for employment matters for a large retailer and Head of Employee Relations for the Canada operations of a global bank. She is a workplace investigator, with particular expertise in bullying, harassment and fraud issues. Rodriguez holds a CPHR designation (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) and is a Certified Organizational Coach. She is a facilitator and trainer with StandUp Teams https://standupteams.ca/, and regularly facilitates sessions on leadership development and diversity and inclusion.
