Biography
Dr. Joanie Bouchard is an assistant professor at Université de Sherbrooke's School of Applied Politics. She has a Ph.D. in political science from Université Laval (2020) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Western Ontario. She specializes in the study of political psychology, electoral behaviour and Canadian politics. She is particularly interested in issues of discrimination in politics, including gender, age, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
