Biography

Anoodth Naushan is a skilled project manager, researcher, policy analyst, and intersectional thought leader offering over a decade of expertise in developing evidence-based programs, policies, and campaigns to advance gender, racial and economic justice. Presently, she co-leads the Courage to Act project, a multi-year national initiative to address gender-based violence at Canadian post-secondary institutions. In this role, she leverages her strategic insights, proven stakeholder management skills, and exceptional communication skills to develop, implement, and evaluate a national framework to respond to campus gender-based violence across Canada. Anoodth holds a Masters in Social Policy and Social Research from UCL.
