Mercy Oluwafemi

Mercy Oluwafemi is the Youth Program Manager at The Winnipeg Foundation. She has delivered leadership programs around the world and has spoken at TEDx. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Manitoba and has earned multiple change management and project management certifications. Oluwafemi creates lasting mentorship and networking opportunities for Manitoba's youth and is an avid advocate for women's empowerment. She leads an organization that creates space for inspiration, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring women in a supportive environment. Beyond her professional pursuits, Oluwafemi is an advocate for fitness, an ardent reader, and an avid volunteer.
