Biography

Rana Ali Adeeb is a doctoral candidate in Information Systems and a 2024-25 Public Scholar at Concordia University. Her research investigates the role of affective constructs in shaping social media users’ perceptions of fake news. She is particularly interested in gaining a better understanding of the processes through which users believe and share fake news on social media platforms
