Biography
Dr. Lucy Hinton is an assistant professor of politics and international relations at King's University College at Western University in London, Ontario. She studies the politics of food with special attention to how global governance and corporate interference impact food policies in the Global South. She looks at how countries' that were formally colonized make food policy in the context of today's industrial food system and climate change.
