Primrose Watson

Primrose Watson is a Canadian tax lawyer with many years of experience offering tax opinions and corporate tax reorganization legal services across Canada, through her law firm, Primrose Tax Law. She holds a Juris Doctor specializing in Business Law and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Dalhousie University. She is an Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law, teaching Taxation of Corporations. Primrose completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Program and frequently attends or presents at various tax conferences. Primrose will undertake part-time postgraduate research focused on revising the Income Tax Act (Canada) through a Master of Laws program, commencing part-time in September 2025.
