  • Device means any device that can access the Computer Program such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Computer Program refers to the Application.
  • Computer Program Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of Informed Opinions. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by Informed Opinions to facilitate the Computer Program, to provide the Computer Program on behalf of Informed Opinions, to perform Computer Programs related to the Computer Program or to assist Informed Opinions in analyzing how the Computer Program is used.
  • Third-party Social Media Computer Program refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Computer Program.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Computer Program, or Informed Opinions, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Computer Program, as applicable.
