Pillar spent 11 years at BlackBerry in progressively senior roles and supported their exponential global growth as the Senior Vice President of Global Channel Marketing. Afterwards, she ran a successful consulting practice strategically supporting a range of organizations principally focused on driving international development.

Ametros Learnings mission is to prepare people for the professional world and has developed an intelligent, cloud-based simulation platform that enables soft skill development through risk-free, simulated practice.

"We essentially create a simulated work environment where learners interact with clients, vendors, colleagues, and customers in scenarios that mirror the real world. Our learners practice, make mistakes and most importantly develop the soft skills they need to be successful".

The clients, vendors, colleagues, and customers in Ametros Learning simulations are all artificially intelligent characters. Using cognitive computing and the natural language processing power of IBM Watson, Ametros Learning is able to create authentic interactions between learners and the characters in the simulation.
